Approved Sumitomo Service & Maintenance Centre

Did you know that we are now an Approved Sumitomo Fusion Splicer Service and Maintenance Centre?

Our Systems Engineer and Product Manager for Data Centre Solutions, Vibin Varghese, recently completed his Sumitomo Fusion Splicer Service and Maintenance training at the Sumitomo Electric Europe’s Service Centre.

After an intense week of training of which Vibin successfully completed, we are now an Approved Sumitomo Servicing and Maintenance Centre.

Vibin has already been hard at work servicing our clients’ splicers and cleavers, and repairing those that need a little more attention. He has also conducted internal training to enable other members of the Team to conduct a health check on all Sumitomo products.

Maintenance and upkeep of valued equipment and tooling is paramount to ensuring efficiency and continuity of the job and unplanned downtime can be extremely costly to you and your client. We can offer a full service calibration on Sumitomo T71, T72, and T55 fusion splicers and FC6 & FC8 cleavers to ensure optimal performance and complement your manufacturer's warranty. We know that time is money, so our aim is to service your equipment when your time allows and/or to provide a rapid repair service to get your equipment out in the field and working for you
