Last week Leader Optec showed the power of its UK manufacturing capabilities by making, packing, shipping, and delivering a bespoke order, all in the space of one day.
Last Tuesday, our Senior Account Manager, Stephen Rogers, received an enquiry from a valued customer who required custom manufactured goods, rapid turnaround, and same day delivery.
Stephen responded quickly to the enquiry, liaising with multiple contacts across the business to ensure that we could free up the necessary resource to complete the work within the tight timescale.
Our dedicated manufacturing team worked tirelessly to get the order processed, whilst ensuring the highest level of quality. After just a few hours, the order was packed up and ready to commence its 9-hour journey to the customer site.
