    Gland Option 

    Please note: Fixed Gland is secured in place using the SWA strands within the cable construction and cannot be moved. Floating Gland is secured onto outer jacket of cable but not fixed using SWA strands allowing the gland to be positioned at any point on the outer jacket.

    • Clear protection tube (28mm widest point) – 400N tensile force, 400N/100²mm crush.
    • Reinforced protection tube (35mm widest point) – 400N tensile force, 1000N/100²mm crush*.
      • * This is the most robust and popular choice for SWA assemblies.
