Cables
We manufacture and supply assemblies using QFCI, DNV certified cables. These cables are the gold standard for offshore and marine hull cabling have the following features.

Expanded Beam Connectors
For harsh environment assemblies, we recommend Amphenol's Eurolens plugs and bulkhead adaptors. These are MIL-DTL-83526-20/21 compatible and feature the following:

• 2 - 12 channel expanded beam ball lens technology
• rated to 15mtr immersion
• IP67 rated when mated or with cap fitted
• Hermaphroditic design

Their unique design allows them to be daisy-chained with other cables without adaptors. The expanded beam makes them more tolerant of dirt or debris, while providing a contactless connection, giving 3,000 mating cycles. These connectors are especially suited for marine operations.

Armoured patch leads

Due to unique environmental constraints, armoured patch leads are common in this sector. The cable used contains a steel spiral inside the cable jacket. This gives the patch leads a more robust nature which helps in confined spaces and moving environments where microbends or pinching can easily occur.
They can be supplied with the same LSZH with a CPR fire rating that you would expect on standard patch leads, with the added protection of the contained armour.
