Our Approach

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles guide how we operate as a business. From reducing our environmental impact and supporting our employees and communities, to maintaining strong governance, ethical business practices, and information security, we are committed to creating long-term value for all stakeholders.

We believe progress starts with measurement, transparency, and accountability. We have monitored our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions since 2021, helping us identify opportunities to reduce our environmental impact while continuously improving our wider ESG performance. With Scope 3 reporting initially targeted for 2030, we are now on track to publish this data ahead of schedule.

Statistics for FY 2025-2026 vs FY 2024-2025 (Scope 1 and Scope 2)

  • 35% reduction on KG CO₂ per £million.
  • Saved 11,283kg CO₂ through DHL GoGreen over the last year.
  • Recycled a total of 23,423 meters of cable into new assemblies over the last year.
